Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ReScience Lab Inc. (“we”, “us”) for your use of Mono Factory (一物软件工厂), the desktop app and this website. By using Mono Factory you accept them.
Your account
You need to sign in to use Mono Factory. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to it secure.
Early beta
Mono Factory is in early beta and free to use. Features may change, break or be removed, and the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We will announce pricing before the beta ends.
What you make is yours
You own the ideas you bring and the apps, code, designs and other output the crew makes for you. You give us only the permission we need to process that content to run the service for you.
Your responsibilities
- Review what the crew makes before you ship it. You are responsible for the apps you publish and for complying with the rules of the stores and platforms you publish to.
- Do not use Mono Factory to build malware, to infringe others’ rights, or for anything illegal.
- Third-party services you connect, such as App Store Connect or your hosting provider, are governed by their own terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Mono Factory.
Ending
You can stop using Mono Factory at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
