Mono Factory (一物软件工厂) is made by ReScience Lab Inc. (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Mono Factory desktop app and this website, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to create and identify your account.
- Your projects. The ideas, messages, designs and code you create in Mono Factory, so the crew can work on them.
- Usage and diagnostics. Crash reports, app version, operating system and basic usage events, so we can fix bugs and improve the app.
- This website. Aggregate, cookie-free traffic statistics and the number of downloads per platform.
How we use it
We use your information to run Mono Factory, to keep your account secure, to support you, and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Google user data
Mono Factory’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the basic profile scopes needed to sign you in.
AI processing
To build your apps, project content is sent to the AI model providers that power the crew. They process it on our behalf and may not use it to train their models.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run Mono Factory (hosting, AI models, crash reporting), when you ask us to (for example, uploading a build to your own App Store Connect account), or when the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your projects at any time, or ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing the address below.
Children
Mono Factory is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
